Return Policy

You can return your purchase within 14 days from the moment you receive it, provided that the item retains its original condition and appearance.

According to the laws of Ukraine, you may return products that do not suit you, or products that contain defects caused by the manufacturer.

If the return is due to the manufacturer’s fault, we cover the shipping costs for sending the items back to us.

If the product is in good condition, then the shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Cases considered as defects:

• The product was made in a different color than you ordered.

• The product does not match the size you selected.

• Personalized engraving, embossing, or printing was done incorrectly.

Cases not considered defects:

• The natural “vintage effect” of Crazy Horse leather. Over time, its surface develops slight scuffs and marks — this is a natural characteristic, not a defect.

• A small variation in leather shade. Depending on the leather batch, slight color differences are acceptable.

• Natural leather characteristics. Dark or bright leather may leave marks on light clothing at first — this is also a natural property of genuine leather.
