Returns and Exchanges
The company carries out returns and exchanges of goods of proper quality in accordance with the Law “On Consumer Rights Protection”.
Return and Exchange Period
Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days after the customer receives the product.
Return shipping is carried out at the customer’s expense.
Conditions for Returning Goods of Proper Quality
Your rights and guarantees as a customer are our priority.
All products purchased in the online store www.mrdzyadik.com can be easily and quickly returned or exchanged if:
there are no visual defects, mechanical damage, or signs of use (scratches, scuffs, cracks);
the item is fully complete, and the integrity of the packaging is not damaged;
the factory labeling is intact.
Additional Return & Exchange Conditions
If a gift was included with the product, it must also be returned together with the item.
The gift must not show any signs of use, and its appearance, consumer properties, seals, and factory packaging must be preserved.
Return shipping is carried out at the client’s expense.
What to Do if the Product Is of Improper Quality?
First, an expert evaluation is required at a service center to confirm the presence of significant defects.
The customer may return a product of improper quality if the defects are significant and occurred due to the manufacturer.
If the defects are minor, the customer has the right to free repair within the legally established period.
If the examination determines that the defect occurred due to the customer’s fault, the customer must reimburse the cost of the examination.
Fixing defects that occurred due to improper use is also at the customer’s expense.
Return shipping is paid by the customer.
If the Product Is Not Available for Exchange
The customer has the right to choose:
to purchase any other product with recalculation of the price;
to receive a refund equal to the cost of the returned item;
to exchange the product for a similar one when it becomes available.
Return Procedure via Delivery Service (Nova Poshta)
The customer must provide:
the returned product,
the receipt or invoice,
the bank card number or account details.
Refunds will be made by bank transfer within 7 business days from the date we receive the product.
